What you'll do
- Develop and analyse building energy models using IESVE and EDSL TAS for residential, commercial, healthcare, education
- Perform Dynamic Thermal Simulation (DTS) studies to assess energy use, thermal comfort, and design performance throughout project stages
- Conduct overheating and thermal comfort assessments in line with CIBSE TM52, TM59, and Middle Eastern standards, recommending mitigation measures
- Carry out energy modelling, HVAC load calculations, and passive design analysis to support high-performance, low-energy buildings
- Deliver daylight, solar, and façade studies, including CBDM, Daylight Factor, Shadow, and Solar Gain assessments
