About the role
We are seeking an experienced commercial professional to support pre-contract and project commercial management activities across a portfolio of projects. The role will be closely aligned with the commercial function, providing expert advice on contract reviews, commercial risk management, bid strategies, cost forecasting, and financial performance under NEC contracts, particularly NEC PSC.
What you'll do
- Review tender documentation, contracts and associated commercial terms
- Undertake contract reviews and identify commercial, contractual and operational risks
- Prepare contract risk assessments and advise project teams on proportionate mitigation measures
- Support bid development, pricing strategies and commercial submissions
- Develop fee proposals, cost estimates and financial models
