What you'll do
- In this role, you will report to seniors and take responsibility for the commercial and cost management of projects or programmes from initiation through to completion
- Acting as the commercial lead within the delivery team, you will provide essential support to both the Project Manager and Construction team
- Your focus will be on managing costs effectively, maximising value, and minimising future risks
- Taking the lead for the Commercial aspects of project delivery
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture ensuring the highest standards in commercial practices
