What you'll do
- This role offers excellent exposure to complex and high‑profile projects schemes in the UK market
- Understanding NEC contracts and associated contract management requirements
- Supporting the preparation of tender and contract documentation and participating in contract reviews
- Ensuring contracts are drafted in compliance with NEC standard clauses, with clear definition of scope, insurances, payment terms, compensation events
- Assisting with pre ‑ contract tender processes, including tender assessments, clarifications, and preparation of contract award recommendation reports
