What you'll do
- A proven track record of advising on contract matters across a range of jurisdictions is a distinct advantage, in particular UK civil law
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including consultancy agreements, framework agreements
- Review NEC Contract and bespoke T&Cs to highlight risks and triggers. Liaise with legal team and minimize the risk associated with the Contract
- Overlook the Administration work required for maintaining the Contract Store
