About the role
We are looking for a Senior / Principal Façade Engineer to support the design and delivery of high-quality building envelope solutions. The role combines technical façade engineering, multidisciplinary coordination, quality assurance and support across the full project lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Support senior team members in preparing proposals and technical inputs for new opportunities
- Deliver professional services to programme, budget and agreed quality standards
- Undertake façade engineering calculations for building envelope systems, including structural performance, wind-load assessment, thermal movement and deflection analysis
- Develop façade weatherproofing and detailing solutions that support durability and protection against water
- Prepare technical specifications and design documentation covering performance requirements, material selection, testing criteria
