What you'll do
- Support our clients in capturing, validating and curating cost data at various project stages, including two-stage award, and upon project completion
- This will involve the reviewing of cost data provided by contractors as part of tender returns and final accounts against the clients Work Breakdown Structure
- Manage the data base of costs to ensure it remains fit for purpose, including normalising for inflation, and changes to asset standard changes
- Additionally, you will support our teams in undertaking analysis’ to understand and predict trends
- Analyse project data and technical drawings to extract relevant cost and carbon information
