About the role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Structural OBD professional to join our team and work on high-impact building projects.
What you'll do
- Develop BIM structural models independently using Bentley AECOSim / OpenBuildings Designer (OBD).• Set up and manage models on ProjectWise, ACC, or BIM 360 environments
- Create accurate 3D structural models and associated project documentation
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Prepare 2D/3D reinforcement models and reinforcement drawings
- Perform model coordination, clash detection, and QA/QC checks
