What you'll do
- Work in 24*7 Shifts for PM Monitoring
- Designing templates/queries to fetch raw data from oss as required
- Responsible for Day to Day Deliveries of Performance Reports & lead day-to-day network performance issues/discussions with the customer/ concerned team
