Design and update training materials, including manuals, digital presentations, instructional videos, and role-playing scenarios. Conduct interactive seminars, workshops, and classroom-style sessions for new hires (onboarding) and existing staff (refresher training). Monitor trainee progress through quizzes, mock calls, and on-the-job coaching to identify individual and team skill gaps.
