About the role
Contact vendors to gather quotes and follow up on the material readiness upon order. Aid the team in setting appointments and arranging domestic and international travel for the service engineers. The coordinator works closely with the technical managers and global network team to ensure efficient management of the technical vetting process.
What you'll do
- Work directly with the Technical Manager to enter quotes and maintain pipeline status in the SAP
- Assist with the proposal process, including drafting formal proposals
- Prepare purchase orders and assist with order changes as assigned
- Follow-up with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Coordinate with the service engineers, vessels, agents, and the customer for the service planning
