About the role
The AML Manager role will be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of assigned technical and functional activities while ensuring quality, timely execution, and alignment with established standards. The role combines hands-on contribution with day-to-day team leadership, delivery coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and capability development.
What you'll do
- Lead and support end-to-end delivery of assigned SAM-CMT activities in line with agreed scope, timelines, quality expectations, and organizational processes
- Plan, prioritize, allocate, and monitor work across team members to support timely and high-quality delivery
- Provide technical and functional guidance to the team and support resolution of complex issues and delivery challenges
- Review requirements, analysis, solution documents, configurations, test artefacts, implementation deliverables, and other relevant outputs for completeness and quality
- Maintain, support, and enhance AML systems based on NICE Actimize (SAM/TMS/CMT/ActOne) platforms
