What you'll do
- Collaborates with performance and rewards leaders on the design and delivery of compensation programs including the execution of the annual compensation review process…
- Own and execute the bank’s incentive governance framework for all business incentive and compensation plans in assigned client groups
- Provide support for the incentive design process for the business lines’ incentive compensation plans, partnering closely with the business, finance, compliance
- Provide analysis and insights on base salary, bonus and equity programs
- Provide analysis to support compliance with all relevant regulations in assigned business lines
