About the role
These would cover subsidiaries of our global clients from the US, EMEA, and Asia. The role would entail working together with the Senior RM in: Exploring the white space of prospect names and onboarding new relationships to grow the GSB West India franchise.
What you'll do
- Ideate and contribute beyond the immediate remit, bringing in strategic and global perspectives to build and transform the franchise for the better
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement
- Look for efficiencies in internal processes and transaction execution
- Facilitate market benchmarking and streamlining of products, processes, risk frameworks, and capabilities
- Support the Senior RM in delivering financial KPIs including GOP/NOP, Product and Network Cross-sell, RoE, LD Gap, Asset/RWA, and new onboarding targets
