About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our End User Infrastructure team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will be actively involved in M365 architecture and engineering, with the primary responsibilities in the operational management of the Microsoft 365 platform across the APAC region.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable architecture standards and governance frameworks aligned with enterprise requirements
- Provide L3/L4 operational support, ensuring platform stability, performance, and availability
- Lead and support incident, problem, and change management activities in line with ITIL practices
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Platform to streamline provisioning, monitoring, and reporting
