About the role
The Analyst – Non-Technology Sourcing is responsible for identifying, screening, and qualifying technology talent through direct sourcing channels. The role focuses on reviewing candidate profiles, understanding technical skill requirements, matching resumes against job descriptions, and building qualified candidate pipelines.
What you'll do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and ATS databases
- Build candidate pipelines across Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, HR, Procurement, Legal, Audit, and Corporate Functions
- Conduct talent mapping and market research activities
- Maintain active candidate pools for future hiring requirements
