About the role
The Test Lead – AVP/Manager will lead end-to-end quality validation for complex applications, ensuring complete test coverage, backend data validation, traceability, and audit-ready deliverables in support of regulatory and control requirements.
What you'll do
- Review requirements and design documents to define risk-based SIT/UAT test coverage
- Design, execute, and document test cases with full traceability to requirements, defects, and results
- Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, resolution tracking, and retesting
- Provide SIT/UAT status reporting, risk escalation, and audit-ready testing deliverables
- Design and implement Playwright-based automation frameworks for UI, API, and end-to-end testing
