About the role
The Fund Finance, FI Coverage, GCIB EMEA is the product office for fund finance in EMEA. Fund finance is a growth strategy in EMEA. The requirement is to support part of the portfolio management function for Subscription Facility/Capital Call transactions for MUFG in EMEA.
What you'll do
- Day-to-day support across the Subscription and FX line portfolio following transaction close, including conducting detailed due diligence, financial spreading
- Management reporting, stress testing and audit support
- Borrowing Base and collateral monitoring (including LP review refresh)
- Covenant testing, breach tracking, and compliance oversight on a regular basis
- Filing reporting packs (compliance reports, financials, borrowing bases etc.) and reviewing compliance certificates and Borrowing Bases to flag any breaches/LP defaults
