What you'll do
- Review and adherence of KYC Policy, Operating Manual, QA Workbooks, and any other Process documentation
- Discuss with the KYC MO and identify a representative sample of customers for review
- Review the sampled customers for the characteristics outlined in the KYC QA workbook
- KYC QA workbook needs to be completed for KYC review
- QA reviewer needs to opine on the Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness aspect of each review criteria for the sampled customers
