About the role

The role will ensure consistent delivery of HR operational services, accurate employee data and documentation, effective stakeholder coordination, and adherence to established policies, controls, and service timelines. The incumbent will support a seamless employee experience and serve as the key point of contact for site-level HR operational matters in Pune.

What you'll do

• Manage HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through separation
• Ensure employee lifecycle transactions are completed accurately and within defined timelines
• Maintain supporting documentation, approvals, and audit evidence for employee transactions
• Monitor pending activities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure
• Serve as the primary HR Operations point of contact for employees and stakeholders at the Pune site
