About the role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to gather business requirements, design ServiceNow TPRM solutions, and support implementation across the third-party lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, security, procurement, and ServiceNow technical teams to deliver scalable governance, risk, and compliance solutions.
What you'll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow TPRM implementations
- Conduct workshops with Procurement, Vendor Management, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk teams
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Configure and support ServiceNow TPRM modules in collaboration with developers
- Define and optimize third-party onboarding, assessment, due diligence, issue management, remediation, and offboarding processes
