About the role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join the financial accounting & reporting team to support and contribute to the management, reporting and driving process excellence agenda for the MUFG’s bank and Securities Americas Finance. This includes completion of financial statements ensuring to be most accurate, complete and timely.

- Act as a strategic partner to senior Finance leadership across Bank and Securities, influencing decision-making and driving alignment on the target operating model
- Lead process excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across Americas Finance functions
