- Lead BOQ validation, sourcing, vendor selection, commercial negotiation, PO, delivery, and installation
- Manage key vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranty, AMC, and delivery commitments
- Drive Capex budgeting, cost optimization, savings, and budget vs. actual tracking
