Senior Manager- Projects

About the role

As the Senior Manager – Projects & NSO, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of new store openings, renovations, and interior fit-out projects across cafés and corporate spaces. The role requires strong project management, technical expertise, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with Blue Tokai's brand and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of new store openings and renovation projects from site handover to final handover
• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, execution schedules, and milestones
• Oversee civil, interior fit-out, MEP, signage, and finishing works to ensure timely and quality execution
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, costs, and adherence to specifications
