About the role
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification legal experience to join our team. This role will be crucial in supporting our EMEA commercial operations, focusing on high-volume commercial negotiations, drafting, and reviewing a variety of agreements.
What you'll do
- Commercial Contracts and Negotiation
- Lead and execute commercial negotiations for customer contracts and strategic partnerships across the EMEA region, during EMEA working hours
- Draft, review, and negotiate Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Maintain and update contract templates and standard terms for regional consistency and efficiency
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with critical internal business partners, Sales, Customer Success, and Procurement teams, among others
