About the role
As Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) , you will be the strategic finance partner to the leadership team and a key architect of Multiplier’s financial roadmap. You will own enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, providing sharp, data-driven insights that guide decision-making as we scale globally.
What you'll do
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing forward-looking insights, scenario planning
- Own planning, forecasting, and models
- Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes across the company
- Build and maintain integrated financial models covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows, with a strong focus on scalability and predictability
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
