About the role
As a Senior Content Designer, you will shape language as part of the product system — not as an afterthought. You will work embedded within a tribe (e.g., Core Payroll, Experience, FinX, Foundations, or Benefits) to define how flows work through language, structure, and information hierarchy. You understand the difference between explaining how something works and defining how it works.
What you'll do
- Translate compliance-heavy or financial concepts into clear, human language
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers to ensure language and interaction work as one system
- Contribute to information architecture decisions
- You design language as part of the interaction model
- Partner with Product, Product Design and Engineering during discovery
