About the role
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Architect with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, AI, integrations, and enterprise automation. This role combines strategic solution architecture with strong technical execution. You will lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture, design scalable integrations and data pipelines, implement intelligent automation, and enable AI-driven CRM capabilities across the organization.
What you'll do
- Solution Architecture & Platform Design
- Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud
- Design data models, security architecture, sharing models, and role hierarchies
- Define integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven)
- Produce technical architecture documents, solution designs, and governance standards
