About the role
The Senior Associate will work as Muskaan Dreams' district-level representative and a partner to the District Education Department. The individual will be responsible for building strong collaboration with district and block-level stakeholders, contextualising program, and driving end-to-end program implementation through government systems.
What you'll do
- District Partnership & Government Collaboration
- Lead strategic engagement with district education stakeholders to drive programme ownership and implementation
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with district officials, BEOs, BRPs, DIET faculty, school leaders, and academic support structures
- Develop a deep understanding of district priorities, challenges, and opportunities related to digital education
- Facilitate alignment between program objectives and district goals
