About the role
Driving business growth across the zone through branches, dealers and channel partners. Monitoring dealer empanelment, activation and productivity across all areas. Ensuring training, engagement and performance tracking of Area Leads. Driving branch funnel, daily disbursement and sourcing pipeline . Ensuring CD / Dealer / OEM partner onboarding across the zone.
What you'll do
- Driving daily sourcing and disbursement from branches and dealers
- Ensuring dealer empanelment, activation and engagement in the assigned area
- Conducting joint field visits with branch teams
- Monitoring daily funnel, login, sanction and disbursement pipeline
- Driving CD / Dealer partner onboarding and store visibility
