Ensure adherence to Chit Funds Act, 1982 and State Rules. Monitor smooth running of chit groups. Ensure KYC compliance and quality onboarding.

- Responsible for delayed disbursement of Prize money, customer escalations, bid loss, delays, compliance failures and documentation lapses
