About the role
The Program Manager – Growth Programs drives the planning, governance and execution of strategic growth and transformation initiatives across digital and physical channels. The role partners with Business, Product, Technology, CRM, Analytics, Operations, Marketing and the Branch Network to ensure disciplined execution, governance and performance tracking of enterprise-wide initiatives.
What you'll do
- Program Planning & Governance
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of strategic growth programs
- Develop implementation plans, milestones, governance frameworks and execution trackers
- Monitor progress, manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) logs and drive timely closure of action items
- Coordinate pilot launches, phased rollouts and post-implementation reviews. Cross-functional Delivery & Business Transformation
