About the role
The Sales Head – Consumer Durables is responsible for driving overall business growth, revenue achievement, market share expansion, distribution excellence, and profitability across the consumer durable portfolio. The role is accountable for developing and executing sales strategies, managing nationwide distribution networks, strengthening channel relationships, driving sales productivity, and building an agile and high-performance sales organization.
What you'll do
- Responsible for driving overall business growth, revenue achievement, market share expansion, distribution excellence
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, market leadership, and expansion into new markets and geographies
- Establish annual sales plans, budgets, sales forecasts, and growth projections
