What you'll do

• Own lifecycle marketing across the entire user journey, including onboarding, activation, engagement, reactivation
• Plan and run campaigns across email, push, in-app, and WhatsApp
• Build funnels and reports, using SQL and Metabase, to track campaign performance, analyze cohort behaviour, and identify drop-off points
• Turn data into hypotheses, test them, and scale what works
• Write crisp, high-converting copy for campaigns, banners, and lifecycle messages, using both intuitive judgment and AI tools
