About the role
The Branding Manager owns how our products are seen in the market — from the visual identity itself all the way through to the campaigns that put it in front of customers. This is not a pure design role and not a pure performance-marketing role. It is the person who holds the whole go-to-market picture : what the brand looks like, what it says, where it shows up, and whether the campaigns are actually working.
What you'll do
- Brand Identity & Creation
- Logo, colour system, typography, and the full visual identity for new and existing products
- Brand guidelines document — so designers, developers and agencies all stay consistent
- Take a product from concept to market — define the audience, the positioning, the pricing story and the launch plan
- Competitor and category research: what everyone else is saying, and the gap we can own
