What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for current and upcoming positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and relevant communities
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview rounds
- Manage interview schedules, follow-ups, and offer processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
