About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager – CRM, Sales & Marketing Automation to own the CRM, sales, and marketing automation products at Teamian. This role is for someone who has already built and shipped CRM or marketing automation products . You should understand the complete journey from lead capture to closed deal , along with the marketing engine that brings those leads into the sales pipeline.
What you'll do
- Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, design, and business teams to build simple, scalable, and effective CRM and automation experiences
- Lead management — capture, deduplication, assignment rules, routing logic, lead scoring
- Lead nurturing — stage progression, follow-up cadences, task automation, reminders
- Reporting and dashboards for sales leaders — conversion by stage, rep performance, source attribution
