About the role
As a Manager – Commercial Leasing , you will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through every stage of their office leasing journey.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate and co-working space owners to identify optimal office spaces
- Develop and streamline processes for long-term lease transactions, renewals, and exits
- Prepare transaction materials, including appointment letters, market comparison reports, offer letters, and client business cases
- Maintain accurate transaction records and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Review and ensure lease agreements include all standard and client-approved clauses
