What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for enterprise Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications, ensuring platform stability and availability
- Monitor AEM production environments and proactively identify and resolve application, content, authoring, publishing, and configuration-related issues
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, log analysis, debugging, and root cause identification for complex production incidents
- Manage incidents, service requests, bug fixes, and support tickets within agreed SLAs
- Coordinate with business users, content authors, and cross-functional support teams to ensure timely issue resolution
