What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects within the Travel and Hospitality domain, ensuring software releases meet agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards
- Monitor delivery performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), establish governance mechanisms, and drive continuous improvement across project portfolios
- Drive resource and capacity planning across multiple projects, forecast staffing requirements, and resolve cross-functional bottlenecks and resource constraints
- Own portfolio-level profit and loss (P&L), including revenue forecasting, budget management, cost optimization, margin improvement, and financial performance
- Manage a project portfolio valued at $10M+, ensuring financial accountability, delivery predictability, and achievement of business targets
