Ensure effective and smooth relationship with ND’s and agents in the region for growth in business. Responsible for achieving Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market. Market & industry analysis / Generating & increasing sales.
What you'll do
- Responsible for prospecting, selling & managing RMs / Salespeople, developing business through consultative engagement with Branch Managers / Senior RMs
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with ND’s and agents in the region for growth in business
