About the role

Support Marketing with all back end work in facilitating front end sales like dispatch of collaterals, documentation, internal approvals. Maintain MIS for marketing department to understand contribution from segments on an ongoing basis through a daily tracking mechanism. We also need to get to measuring productivity of our resources which can be done through periodic sales reports.

What you'll do

• Support Marketing with all back end work in facilitating front end sales like dispatch of collaterals, documentation, internal approvals
• Maintain MIS for marketing department to understand contribution from segments on an ongoing basis through a daily tracking mechanism
• Keeping a complete database of top 100 referring physicians, their DOB etc and connecting with them through direct mailers
• Support leadership in preparing weekly, monthly reports and presentations
• Ensure timely distribution of information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials thru referral and Community connect
