What you'll do
- Making rounds in the assigned wards’
- Collect the complaints from the inpatient and try to solve them in coordinating with other departments
- Pre-op and post-op counseling
- Explaining the rights and responsibilities
- Issuing and collecting the feedback forms to the discharge patients in the wards
