About the role
Customer Lending Solutions is responsible for providing Lending Support to Relationship Managers. The function covers all type of lending including simple and complex renewals. The role accountabilities include input quality, file compliance, operational efficiency, customer NPS and time to decision for initiated lending functions
What you'll do
- Responsible for providing Lending Support to Relationship Managers
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service and to allow Relationship Manager to focus on developing Growing and deepening customer relationship
- Partner or assist in the creation and preparation of lending submissions including obtaining and collation of information from customers
- Perform credit analysis, financial modelling and interpretation of customers financial information
