What you'll do

• Support end-to-end loan servicing activities for Corporate & Institutional Banking customers
• Process lending transactions accurately and in line with established controls and procedures
• Manage syndicated loans, bank guarantees, and related lending activities
• Administer loan extensions, consents, fees, and payment processing
• Ensure timely resolution of customer and stakeholder requests within SLA timelines
