What you'll do
- Build, test, and deploy fraud rules in SIT environments to support project delivery
- Investigate issues using OpenSearch and Splunk, and support SIT testing and troubleshooting
- Review suspected fraud cases and manage referrals to Group Investigations
- Contribute to fraud and scam prevention strategies through rule optimization and data-driven insights
- Drive improvements in detection accuracy, loss prevention, and customer outcomes
