What you'll do
- Administer and maintain the macOS fleet using Jamf Pro and Microsoft Entra, including zero-touch enrollment, configuration profiles, policies, scripts
- Deploy macOS updates, security patches, and third-party software on a controlled, tested rollout schedule
- Build and maintain scripts (Bash, Zsh, PowerShell) to automate deployment, remediation, and reporting tasks
- Support, Escalation & Troubleshooting
- Act as L2/L3 escalation support for the Help Desk and Desktop Support teams, working issues through the ticketing queue from outreach to resolution
