We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own and drive the strategic direction of our Nations Vision product ecosystem — a multi-tool platform supporting hundreds of clients across the vision benefits landscape. What you'll do
- Product Ownership & Strategy
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the Nations Vision platform, balancing client needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications
- Fee Schedule Design & Configuration: Oversee the accuracy, configuration, and maintainability of fee schedules across the platform
- Plan Access Restrictions: Direct the setup and validation of plan-level access rules, benefit tiers, and eligibility parameters
