About the role
Be instrumental in safeguarding valuation integrity by performing Independent Price Verification (IPV) activities and related requirements for NatWest Markets and other relevant entities Ensure confidence by validating that Front Office traded instruments are accurately priced in line with approved models, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
What you'll do
- As an Independent Price Verification Associate, you’ll operate and enhance controls, end user developed applications, and IT systems used to record, process
- Working as part of a team, you’ll be accountable for completing assigned IPV processes and, where required, reviewing the work of peers or junior colleagues
- Also be responsible for ensuring controls operate effectively and that evidence is accurately documented, including providing appropriate oversight of junior team members
- Accountable for producing MI, or data used in MI, in relation to the products covered
- Checking data integrity, investigating issues, and escalating concerns to ensure timely remediation
