This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to develop their career with an established in-house recruitment team You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Develop effective sourcing strategies to actively find and engage potential candidates using market intelligence to help shape talent acquisition strategies

What you'll do

• As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll be supporting the recruitment activity within a fast-paced environment
• We’ll look to you to analyse demand and build a talent pipeline to achieve your hiring targets
• While delivering business needs, you’ll also be maintaining a healthy sourcing mix and the right quality of candidates
• Managing job postings and talent sourcing through direct sourcing channels such as our career sites
• Supporting employer branding initiatives to successfully attract talent
